The authors of this website are currently students at Xavier University.  They created this site as part of Dr. Fisanick's Rhetoric 115 class.

Kimberly Goubeaux is a freshman at Xavier University where she is majoring in Theology and minoring in Religious Education.  This project on frivolous lawsuits interests her because she has always been fascinated with the way that our legal system works. She also enjoys spending time with her friends, singing, and playing volleyball and softball.  To find out more about Kimberly check out her literacy autobiography at http://student.xu.edu/~goubeauxka/goubeaux_litautobio.html

Andrew Herbert is also happens to be a Freshman at Xavier University (surprise!).  He is currently majoring in Physics, and minoring in Mathematics and Music.  He has long disapproved of frivolous lawsuits and the harm they do to American culture.  He dreams of the day when people can once again help others without the fear of a freak accident that causes a mishap and incurs a frivolous lawsuit.  Andrew enjoys playing soccer, basketball, chess, swimming, band, singing, and talking about himself in the third person.  If you want to learn more about Andrew (who doesn't?), you can visit his LITERACY AUTOBIOGRAPHY.

Benjamin Milroy is also a freshman at Xavier University and is majoring in Mathematics.  His concern with America's ability to accept responsibility led to his interest in frivolous lawsuits.  He also runs cross country and track for Xavier.  If you'd care to visit his literacy autobiography website, log on to http://student.xu.edu/~milroybj/footsteps_through_literacy1.html.
