No Simple Solution |
| By combining the theories of Richard B. Freeman and Michael Harrington, promising resolutions towards urban poverty can be discovered. Contributing factors such as public policy, the economy, low minimum wage, and the decline in public schooling can be resolved efficiently by promoting a method of action and engagement. Poverty does not have a simple solution, but if steps are taken to reform the local economy of Cincinnati and other cities, large strides can be taken in the nationwide community. |
