Rebuilding Cincinnati

          The second step in the process is to rebuild the city of Cincinnati.  Economic growth will be created by “concentrating people, skill, and resources” to “new ideas and production techniques” through “interaction of residents.”  By investing in factors such as effective mass transit systems, functioning schools, public safety, livable conditions, and various other factors, we can reverse the destruction of Cincinnati and bring businesses back into the city.  (1)  Efforts should be made to make Cincinnati more visibly appealing, which may include restoring the physical appearances of houses, businesses, and roads.
