This essay is a more specific look at a part of science fiction that I found personally interesting. That is, The fantastic predictions science fiction writers have made in the past, and how many of those incredible predictions have come true. I believe when one can understand the past, one then knows how to approach the future. Perhaps the predictions writers are making about the future now will be as accurate as those predictions past writers have made about today.
